For Thick Callouses with open cracks or cuts over large areas (esp. the Heels):

First apply antibiotic inside the cracks or cuts. Then apply a paper tape surrounding the callous onto good skin to prevent the good skin from peeling excessively. Next apply a generous amount of HaP and then cover with a Plastic Wrap (eg. Saran Wrap) and add tape around this to hold plastic wrap securely.

You can add the plastic wrap inside the footie sock/Yellow Velcro Heel Wrap (sold with the Heel-a-Peel System).
