For Thick Callouses of the hands, feet, elbows and knees:

First apply a bandage that will hold or contain the cream directly over the corn, callous or wart. Add a generous amount of HaP inside of this containment and then cover with a band aid or tape (paper tape is preferable) to insure good contact for several hours (12-24 hrs).
For Thick Callouses with Open Cracks or Cuts:

First apply an antibiotic cream or ointment (eg. neosporin or triple antibiotic) into the crack or cut. Then apply HaP and cover with a band aid or paper tape.
